Natural Language Email Finder & CRM
The Email Finder is a full-stack outreach platform built on Cloudflare Workers (Python) that turns California’s daily DRE licensee feed into a searchable, actionable pipeline for real estate prospecting.
I extracted and loaded 435,000 rows of California real estate licensee data from a third-party public source into Cloudflare D1, then built an internal email finder and cold-outreach tool to power Boldly’s business development.
The search feature accepts natural language (e.g. "salespersons in Woodland Hills licensed in April 2021"), translates intent into structured database queries, and returns matching agents from all 435k records in seconds.
For each result, the tool dynamically discovers and validates an agent’s email using web search and AI, turning a filtered list into actionable contacts without manual lookup.
Once an email is found, I compose and send personalized outreach directly from the app via the Resend API, closing the loop from prospecting to send in one workflow.

Running a full AI-assisted product development workflow using Cursor and Claude Code. Integrated Claude API for PDF extraction and content generation. Utilizing Cloudflare for edge deployment and serverless infrastructure.

Conceptualized and built an inbound email handler taking attached PDF and automatically drafting a listing website in under a minute.
